Graduated within the past year from any of the world’s top 500 universities as listed by the ROC Ministry of Education, and not yet employed. This visa is also intended for those who pursed an undergraduate, Master or PhD program in Taiwan. It is a six-month visa and can be extended up to one year.
Change to working visa after obtaining a formal job.
Applicants who have entered the R.O.C. (Taiwan) on a Visitor Visa with an annotation indicating studying Chinese as the purpose of visit, have completed 4 months of study, have registered for continued study for at least another 3 months, may apply to the National Immigration Agency for residence and obtain an Alien Resident Certificate.
Bank statements or records of remittance provided by the applicant or his/her relatives within the third degree of kinship (grandparents, parents and siblings).
OVERSEAS CHINESE STUDENTS WHO, AFTER HAVING ARRIVED IN THE R.O.C. (TAIWAN), ARE INDIVIDUALLY ASSIGNED TO HIGH SCHOOLS AND BELOW BY THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION OR COUNTY/CITY BUREAU OF EDUCATION. Overseas chinese students who, while still remaining outside of the R.O.C. (Taiwan), are jointly assigned to universities/colleges, vocational schools or high schools and below by the ministry of education of the university entrance committee for overseas chinese students.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Important: The disease on which said treatment will be carried out must be on the list of Medical Treatment for Curing Diseases Categorized in the 28 Disease Item ( List for Foreign Nationals and People pf the Mainland Area).

The applicant must have an official position as religious personnel such as Pastor, Father, Brother, Sister, Monk, Nun, Imam, etc. If a certificate cannot be provided, senior management must provide evidence that the applicant works in the organization.
Certificate must have the applicant’s name, nationality, religion, date of affiliation and prove the applicant’s capacity as a religious worker at the time of application.
Buddhist monks and nuns must also present the original and a photocopy of the voting certificate.
The religious organization must be legally registered in Taiwan.
Letter of Invitation:
Proof that the inviting organization is a legally registered, non-profit and properly operational entity.
